Judiciary Pursues Drafting of Indictment by the Iranian Nation Against the Source of Terrorism

The Judiciary Chief, Hojjatoleslam Mohseni-Eje'i, at a meeting of the "American Human Rights Week" headquarters, condemned American crimes against the Iranian nation, stating that beyond military aggression and economic terrorism, the US specializes in media warfare and distortion of reality. He described exposing US crimes as a strategic necessity and called for greater synergy among relevant institutions.

Eje'i emphasized that the judiciary is pursuing US war crimes in international forums, with 285 cases filed in the International Prosecutor's Office so far, 60 of which have led to indictments, with judgments totaling over $300 billion issued. He referred to the recent seizure of a US ship and confiscation of its assets and said that if access to other assets of criminal Americans becomes possible, they will also be confiscated.

The Judiciary Chief also referred to the recent imposed war (the Ramadan War), calling the US bombing of civilian sites a clear example of war crimes, and stressed the importance of thorough documentation for filing legal claims.

He went on to discuss the components of a "Stronger Iran," including the people, economy, and culture, stating that the enemy has focused on cultural infrastructure and greater vigilance is needed in this area. He also described the US President's remarks as confused ramblings and reminded of his failure to achieve his objectives against Iran.

Earlier, the Secretary of the Judiciary's Human Rights Headquarters reported the filing of 285 cases and the sending of documented reports to ambassadors and international organizations. Other officials also spoke about holding programs including international conferences, legal seminars, and public events during this week (June 27 to July 3) to expose various dimensions of US crimes, including the massacre of Minab students and the Lamerd atrocity.
