It also highlights the most prominent violent extremist terrorist organizations responsible for these attacks, including ISIS, Jaish al-Adl, Jundallah, Al-Qaeda, and other Takfiri groups active in Iran and neighboring countries. The infographic provides an overview of the number of victims assassinated by these groups, illustrating the scale of their atrocities.
According to the latest edition of the Encyclopedia of Terror Victims of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iran has suffered greatly from terrorism, with 23,000 victims falling to terrorist attacks over the years. This figure underscores Iran’s position as one of the foremost victims of terrorism in the world.
