Rapporteur of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Kazzem Jalali announced that the European Parliament would send a delegation to Iran within the next 10 days.
"A delegation from the European Parliament will visit Iran within the next 10 days," Jalali told reporters on the sidelines of an open session of the parliament here on Wednesday.
He further stated that the visit will be aimed at a discussion of bilateral issues.

During the visit to Iran, the European delegation would meet with the Human Rights Committee and both the majority and minority fractions of the Iranian parliament.
