Assassination of an Ambulance Driver by the MEK in Tehran

Incident Description:
An ambulance driver in Tehran was assassinated. The public relations office of the Central Committee of the Islamic Revolution announced that two days ago, several armed assailants stopped an ambulance near Vanak Square in an attempt to steal it. Due to the driver’s resistance, the attackers shot him and fled. According to the report, the ambulance driver was martyred before being transferred to the hospital.

Martyr Hossein Sahami was born on 20 February 1943. He completed elementary education and worked as a driver at Jordan Psychiatric Hospital. On November 21, 1981, the MEK attempted to steal the hospital ambulance assigned to martyr Sahami. When he resisted, they martyred him.
