Mojtaba Esteki was born on March 22, 1955 in the capital city of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province. He was Shahr-e Kord representative in the parliament. In a trip to the holy city of Mashhad to visit the shrine, he was ambushed by terrorists of MKO and killed on January 21, 1982.
