In the heart of the ever-green land of Gilan, in the quiet village of Lasht-e Nesha, lived a man from the lineage of sacrificers. Hassan Askari Chafuchahi, born in 1943 into a religious family, from his early youth had the fragrance of spirituality and service in his nature.
He was a student of the school of the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), wearing the cloth of the clergy as a sign of servitude and stepping on the path of guiding the people. Simultaneously, by working at the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, he extended a helping hand to the underprivileged and needy, spending his days in service.
But at the dawn of August 27, 1981, when morning silence still ruled his rural home in Kuchesfahan, the MKO terrorist group attacked his family's safe haven with unparalleled cruelty. At the threshold of his home, in a place that should have been a sanctuary of peace and security, bullets of hatred targeted his pure body.
He who had always sacrificed for God and the people, this time, at the age of 38, fell in his own home, and with his pure blood, registered another mark of loyalty on the brow of the sacrificers of this land.
