Diplomat teases advocates of MKO by calling them enemy of Iranians

Iran’s chargé d'affaires in London has warned the advocates of the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) in the UK Parliament against their alignment with the terrorist group, terming such an alignment as "enmity against the Iranian nation".

“Iranian people will never forgive their enemies,” Mehdi Hosseini Matin said in a Twitter post late on Wednesday.

“How could the meeting with the most hated enemy of the Iranian nation be justifiable, unless you are in common with them in enmity against the Iranian people,” Hosseini Matin wrote.

“Iranian people will never forgive their enemies who support @terrorist organization that has killed over 17k innocents.”

Last week, Bob Blackman, the Conservative MP for Harrow East, tweeted he had visited Ashraf 3 camp in Albania, terming the ringleader of the MKO as president-elect of the National Council of Iran.
