Alireza Qasemnejad was born in 1962 in Rashkola village in northern Mazandaran province. As the only child in his household, Alireza was actively involved in the anti-Shah rallies and other Islamic religious ceremonies.
He also partook in the fight against anti-revolution groups in Amol jungles during the early years of Islamic Revolution, where he was killed by the anti-revolutionary groups.
“I wish I had some other sons like Alireza who sacrificed their lives for Islam,” Alireza’s father said.
