They accuse Washington and Tel Aviv of systematically targeting civilians — especially children — in a campaign that violates every principle of international humanitarian law, and they demand immediate accountability at the International Criminal Court.
1. Bahraini Human Rights Activist: Bombing of School and Hospital Is “Full-Fledged War Crime”
Yahya Al-Hadid, a Bahraini international human rights activist, has strongly condemned the targeting of educational and medical facilities during the US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
Al-Hadid declared that the strikes on the elementary school in Minab and Gandhi Children’s Hospital constitute “a full-fledged war crime and a blatant violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention,” which explicitly prohibits attacks on civilian sites and medical centres under any circumstances.
He warned that the planned escalation by the American government and the Zionist regime has crossed the line from military aggression into “international terrorism and genocide.” Al-Hadid called on the international community to launch an immediate investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and to prosecute the perpetrators as war criminals.
2. Former Iraqi MP: Massacre of 170 Schoolchildren Is One of the Most Heinous Crimes in History
Fuad Al-Dorki, former Member of the Iraqi Parliament, has described the Zionist-American aggression against Iran — and particularly the deliberate targeting of an elementary school that martyred 170 students — as “one of the most heinous and horrific crimes that humanity has ever witnessed” against human rights and the rights of children.
Al-Dorki condemned the attack as a direct assault on the most basic values of humanity.
3. Lebanese Thinker: Attack on Children Exposes “Epstein-Style Barbarism” of the West
Dr. Iman Shamseddin, a Lebanese thinker and author, has drawn a sharp contrast between two opposing epistemological models: the materialist “Epstein class” led by America and Israel, and Iran’s model rooted in divine and unchanging values.
Dr. Shamseddin stated that the criminal attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, which housed young children, lays bare the “Epstein-style barbarism” inherent in the Western model.
