Iran condemns terrorist attack on humanitarian convoy in Burkina Faso

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman denounced terrorist groups’ attack on a humanitarian aid convoy in northern Burkina Faso.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Nasser Kanaani also expressed sympathy toward the Burkinabe people and the government, and the families of the victims.

One of the vehicles of the civil convoy was attacked by a homemade explosive on a road between Djibo and Bourzanga, in which 35 people were killed and 37 others were injured in the attack.
