Ali Khaksar was born on February 20, 1966 in Farzagh village, Khorasan-e Razavi province. He was Director of Zabol Islamic Promotion office. On 08 May 1990, he and two of his friends were going on a mission to Tehran. There were near Nosrat Abad (close to Zahedan) road when at 12:00 noon, armed robbers attacked them and killed the driver. Mr. Khaksar and Zarei were taken hostage. Finally, both were killed in cold blood. After 11 months of follow-ups by the Islamic Promotion Office, the bodies of the martyrs were handed over to the officials and funeral was held for them in the city of Zahedan.
