mgholi Jafarzadeh Samani was born in Shahr-e Kord on February 17, 1946. He was Shahr-e kord governor. On 22 December 1981, in the city of Mashhad and after visiting the holy shrine, he left his place for a walk. In the meantime, he and some of his friends were killed and achieved martyrdom due to a bomb explosion set by the MKO terrorists.
