TEHRAN, Jul. 10 (MNA) – Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh who has survived armed attack in Gilan Gharb, his constituency, has said the event has masterminds operating beyond the immediate local setting of the western province.
Falahatpisheh who was speaking to Iran’s state TV broadcaster IRBI IRNN on Sunday evening, said he was grieved with the death of ‘two young people’ who had been killed during the assassination attempt.
“Dalahou administrative council immediately met to collect information and possible scenarios of the event, with teams of investigators having been dispatched to Rijab; we lost two loved ones during the armed attack; we have been driving as civilians and were not armed; I believe with such a secure region, that the mastermind operates beyond the immediate local community of the western province,” he detailed to the program.
Falahatpisheh who is a Member of Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in the new 10th Parliament, expressed gratitude for his constituency; “we are confident that the security forces and the intelligence will manage to detect the source of the evil and severe punishment will await the perpetrators,” he told the program.
