Ali Akhavein Ansari was born in Roodsar, a city in and the capital of Rudsar County, Gilan Province, on June 17, 1944. He was Governor of Gilan Province. on July 06, 1981, he was assassinated by the terrorists of MKO. Akhavein Ansari was shot 11 times by MKO agents while he was moving towards his workplace.
