Mohamad Taghi Makhzan Moosavi was born in Gilan on May 24, 1956. He had studied up to Elementary school, but due to poor economic conditions could not continue his education. After the revolution, Mohamad Taghi joined the Revolutionary Guards. On February 17, 1983, he was assassinated and killed by MeK Members in Rudbar, the capital of Rudbar County, Gilan Province.
