Martyr Eshrat Eskandari was born in one of villages of Firouzkooh in 1958. She had active presence with other Muslim women during anti-Shah activities that led to the Islamic Revolution. After the victory of Islamic Revolution, along with her husband, she kept her active presence in social activities.
She was a gracious and dedicated mother to her four children, Mahdi 4, Mansoureh 6, Masoumeh 8 and Mohammad Javad 10 years old.
In June 4, 1982, she entertained relatives of her husband’s side. Early in the morning, two MKO terrorists knocked at the door. Her young daughter went to open the door, but cruel terrorists brutally throw her in a corner and entered the house while Martyr Eskandari with her husband and guests (Fatemeh Ashrieh and Ali Akbar Khodadadi) were having their breakfast.
After entering the room brutally, the terrorists opened fire on all. The attack martyred Eshrat Eskandari, Fatemeh Ashrieh and Ali Akbar Khodadadi and wounded her 6-year-old daughter.
