The head of the Center for Attorneys, Official Experts, and Family Counselors of the Judiciary announced that a lawsuit has been filed and officially registered on behalf of the families of the Minab victims against the US government. He stated that the lawsuit was filed after powers of attorney were obtained directly from the victims' families.
According to Habilian, citing IRNA, Hassan Abdolianpour said on Sunday, on the occassion of Judiciary Week and while commemorating the late Dr. Beheshti, that the details of the case, the legal process, the reasons for the timing of the filing, and the directives and guidance issued by the Head of the Judiciary regarding the matter would be explained in full.
