Habilian Association has released a comprehensive annual report on terrorism in Iran for 2023-2024, detailing the various terrorist activities carried out against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its citizens.

Illustrated with charts, graphs, and tables, the report offers a visual representation of the terrorist incidents that occurred throughout Iran in the year 1402 of the Iranian calendar. This is the third annual terrorism report released by Habilian, which is recognized as a leading expert in monitoring and analyzing terrorist groups operating within the country.

Compiled based on information gathered from both domestic and international media sources, the report has been meticulously vetted for accuracy. According to the findings, a total of 159 individuals lost their lives in various terrorist attacks during in this one-year period. Among the victims, 136 were Iranian citizens, while the remaining were foreigners. Notably, 58 of the victims were women, and 33 were children or teenagers.

A significant highlight of the report is the substantial decrease in the number of terrorism-related fatalities in the northwestern regions of Iran compared to previous years. This decline is attributed to the resolute actions taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran against terrorist and separatist groups operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
