According to the Chechen leader, ISIS terrorist group is the creation of the US and other Western countries that have declared a covert war against Islam
Head of Russia’s Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov accused the US and other Western countries of “spawning” the ISIS terrorist group in order to incite hatred towards Muslims all over the world.
“Today, no one doubts the fact that this group has been spawned by America and other Western countries in order to spark hatred of Islam in the hearts of people all over the planet, to stop the process of mass conversion to Islam,” the head of the Chechen Republic wrote on his Instagram page.
"They take from Islam only what they want, though Islam is the word of Allah, and it cannot be taken apart. Reports make it clear that ISIS activities aim to sabotage Islam from the inside, to make the world turn away from Islam. Their brutality, shootings, beheadings, burnings are the direct continuation of what the killers of righteous caliphs did. Islamic State is the creation of the US and other Western countries that have declared a covert war against Islam," Kadyrov said.
Kadyrov also suggested the West was backing ISIS in order to distract public attention from numerous problems in the Middle East, in the hope of destroying Islamic nations from inside.
Ramzan Kadyrov is a devoted Muslim known for his staunch support of believers and his opposition of radical movements within Islam. In September last year, he vowed to destroy the ISIS, after the group threatened to attack Russia. The threat surfaced in a video message and was a reply to Moscow’s support of Bashar Assad.
