Rahman Esteki was born on April 23, 1946, in Shahr-e Kurd, the capital city of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province. He was Representative of Shahr-e Kurd people in the Parliament. In April 1981, 1981, he was killed due to bomb explosion set by the terrorists of MKO in the central office of the Islamic Republican Party in Tehran.
