ما مايل هستيم كه قدرداني خود براي محكوم نمودن سازمان مجاهدين خلق و گزارش 28 صفحه اي نقض حقوق بشر ، شكنجه، و جنايت عليه بشريت، كه در تاريخ 18 مي 2005 توسط ديده بان حقوق بشر منتشر شد را اعلام كنيم. اين گزارش شامل فقط شكنجه هاي فيزيكي و روحي ما است كه مجاهدين خلق از كم ترين حقوق انساني محروممان ميكرد. ما، به عنوان قربانيان رهبران مجاهدين خلق، مسعود و مريم رجوي، در اردوگاه اشرف در شمال بغداد، عراق، به جنابعالي اطمينان خاطر ميدهيم كه محكوميت شجاعانه مجاهدين خلق توسط شما خانواده هايي را كه از اين سازمان تروريستي آسيب ديده اند تسكين خواهد داد. ما مصمم هستيم كه اسناد و مدارك مستدل خودمان را در اين زمينه به شما و ديده بان حقوق بشر ارائه كنيم و از جنابعالي ميخواهيم مجاهدين را به خاطر جنايت عليه بشريت به دادگاه احضار كنيد. ما از اين فرصت استفاده كرده و اعلام مينمائيم كه شواهد مستدل قوي براي ارائه در دادگاه عليه مجاهدين خلق داريم.

We would like to extend our gratitude for the condemnation of MKO (Mojahedeen Khalg Organization) and the 28 pages report of the violation of human rights, torture and crime against humanity that has been issued 18/05/2005 by the Human Rights Watch. This report includes just a part of physical and mental torments of us that was denied of basic human rights by MKO. We as the victims of the MKO leaders, Masoud & Maryam Rajavi, in the Ashraf camp in the north of Baghdad, Iraq, assure His Excellency that your brave condemnation of MKO will soothe the families who have suffered from this terrorist organization. We declare our willing to present our strong proofs and documents for you in this regard for Human Rights Watch and we request His Excellency to summon MKO for an international court for their guilt of crime against humanity. We take this opportunity to declare that we have strong documentary evidences for presentation to this court against MKO.
