Martyr Abdollah Jengir

On June 16, 1961 Jengir along with five of his colleagues at a textile factory in Takestan, Qazvin were eating suhoor that suddenly a Mujahedin-e Khalq (MKO) operative who had been infiltrated into them unloaded barrage of bullets at them, killing all six innocent workers.

One of the most ruthless assassinations is to murder somebody when he/she is eating iftar or suhoor on Ramadan, the month of fasting. Six of the terror martyrs of Qazvin have been martyred in this way (while they were eating suhoor) one of them is Abdollah Jengir.

On June 16, 1961 Jengir along with five of his colleagues at a textile factory in Takestan, Qazvin were eating suhoor that suddenly a Mujahedin-e Khalq (MKO) operative who had been infiltrated into them unloaded barrage of bullets at them, killing all six innocent workers.

The assassin had been identified and when he found himself without any opportunity to escape, he fired a bullet into his own head.
