He was born on October 27, 1957, in Isfahan. He successfully completed his elementary and high school education in this city. After the revolution, he joined the Jihad of Construction, traveling to villages around Isfahan to serve the people.
After some time, he began working at the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Isfahan, focusing on combating drug-related crimes. He also spent a period as a physical education teacher at a high school in Isfahan before joining the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Following his marriage, he departed for the battlefronts in defense of his faith and country, fighting bravely in Operation Fath ol-Mobin.
Finally, on January 23, 1985, Abbas Qasemi Nourabadi was assassinated in Isfahan by the MEK terrorist group, struck by bullets to the head and neck.
