Najemeddin As’adi was born in 1949 in the village of Kas Nazan, Saqqez County. His parents were Ali and Fatemeh. Najemeddin completed his primary education up to the sixth grade under the old education system. Due to his family's financial situation and limited educational opportunities in the village, he had to discontinue his studies and take up employment. Najemeddin worked as a painter for a while and, after completing two years of military service, joined the Telecommunications Company, where he worked in the technical department. He got married in 1975. Known for his kind nature and dedication to his work, Najemeddin was tragically killed on October 19, 1981, while on an official assignment to the Banafsheh microwave station in Saqqez County. He was awaiting the birth of his first child when he was killed by a landmine planted by the Komalah terrorist group.
