Qodratollah Farzanepour was born on July 11, 1966 in Rokn Abad, 5 km south of Semnan. He spent his preliminary studies in his hometown and received Diploma in Human Sciences in Semnan.
Having fulfilled his military service in the Islamic Revolution Committee, Farzanehpour was dispatched to the war zone on July 1988. He fought and died as a martyr in the Mersad Operation by the members of the terrorist Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MEK, also known as MKO and PMOI). He was laid to rest in his hometown in Rokn Abad.
