Martyr Abbas Ali Nategh Nouri was born in Nour in 1935. There he grew up and went to school; but had to leave school due to poor economic conditions of the family, so he started working in an auto mechanic shop and at the same time was active in anti-Pahlavi demonstrations and activities.
After the victory of the Islamic Revolution he was elected as Nour people representative in the first round of Parliament.
